This Insurance is required by emigration, for foreign citizens employed in Cyprus, and are enrolled in GESY, so to issue or renew their work permits.
What does the insurance cover?
The insurance policy covers the amount of money that is needed to make the necessary arrangements for sending the body of the insured to his homeland. It also covers an amount for the employer to cover the cost of hiring another person in place of the deceased.
