What Professional Services are covered?
Corporate services that indicatively include:
1. The creation, management or administration of trusts and advising in connection therewith, including without limitation, the undertaking or the arrangement for undertaking by another person of the duties of a trustee or guardian of a trust or the investment or management or disposal of the assets of the trust.
2. The undertaking or provision of corporate management services, including without limitation, the establishment, administration or management of companies, partnerships or limited companies or other organizations and consultancy in relation to the following services:
i. the provision of services of directors of companies, either by natural or legal persons
ii. the provision of natural or legal persons as company secretary or officers of companies in any other capacity,
iii. holding of company shares as registered shareholders on behalf and for account of third parties,
iv. providing a registered office or address, including mail , telephone or e-mail address of the company
v. providing general or limited partners in partnerships,
vi. providing similar positions or services in relation to other legal persons or organizations with or without a separate legal entity,
vii. opening or managing bank or portfolio accounts
Practicing law, auditing and consulting services are not covered by the policy. However, we may offer you appropriate insurance cover suitable for the above services.
Who is considered insured?
1. The holder of the policy and any subsidiary company
2. Partners or Directors
3. Employees
4. Self Employed exclusively contracted and supervised by the holder of the policy or a subsidiary company
5. Heirs or personal representatives of the insured
